Dealers were facing the same challenges, but often facing them alone.
HTDS did not begin as another website. It began through years of conversations with independent dealers navigating rising costs, changing manufacturer relationships, staffing challenges, service demands, vendor decisions, inventory planning, and growth opportunities.
The conversations were different. The challenges were often the same.
Yet there was no central place for independent dealers to compare experiences, identify common priorities, share practical insight, or build something together.
HTDS was created to change that.
“Independent dealers deserve a stronger voice. Not a louder one — a stronger one.”
One built on participation, trust, shared insight, and real dealer experience.
Our goal is not to tell dealers what to do. Our goal is to create a place where dealers can learn from one another, identify common priorities, share practical insights, and help build something bigger than any one dealership could build alone.
The strongest dealer networks are built on participation. That is what we are building.
